A novel biblical observation

Yahweh's biggest claim to fame is the creation of everything but where are his credentials?Nowhere is it written that any human has ever witnessed him create anything. All we have is a series of majic tricks that even the magicians of Egypt could preform. Adam was asleep when Eve was created, and even then a rib was required to make her. Mosses wrote Genesis in hindsight and wasn't a witness. It's odd that this creator God, with all that he supposedly created out of nothing, hasn't created anything out of nothing for anyone to witness. He's only multiplied things or transformed them into something else. His credentials seem to be more trickster than creator.
